The former dairy cooperative of Massais is being rehabilitated. It is one of the most beautiful industrial wastelands in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and is particularly representative of the history and development of dairy cooperatives on our territory.
Visit on Friday 19, Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September 2025 at 10 a.m.

The former dairy cooperative of Massais founded in 1905 is one of the most beautiful industrial wastelands of New Aquitaine. The site left abandoned for several years was bought in 2022 by François-Victor Brunet and Rachel Thibault to install the activities of the contemporary art gallery la corbata rosa, founded in 2013, habitat and a tea room. This private and independent project, carried out without public financial support, gives pride of place to the reuse and optimization of spaces. The architecture of the site is respected, several phases of work are planned, the first aims at the delivery of the habitat parts on 135 square meters as well as about 300 square meters for the art gallery la corbata rosa.
