Diese Ausstellung würdigt das Werk von Gisèle Freund, einer bedeutenden Fotografin und Porträtkünstlerin des 20. Jahrhunderts, Soziologin und Theoretikerin der Fotografie deutscher Herkunft, deren Leben durch Exil und intellektuelles Engagement geprägt war.
