Die Apsis, datiert auf das 12. Jahrhundert, ist ein Überbleibsel einer Abtei vor der großen benediktinischen Abteikirche. Die unzugängliche Krypta befindet sich unter der Straße nach Issoudun und gehört zu den größten Krypten Europas. Sein Herz ist mit den Trümmern der hohen Kirche gefüllt, während das Deambulatorium freigelegt ist und es ermöglicht, diesen architektonischen Schatz zu schätzen. Ein unsichtbares Erbe, Zeuge der Geschichte des Ortes.
