Explore two forts linked by a vintage train
Discover the Fort d'Uxegney and the Fort de Bois l'Abbé simultaneously through the Train des Forts, a 1915 steam locomotive and its First World War military wagons. These forts offer you an immersion into more than 40 years of evolution of French fortification and technology. Explore the defences put in place before the First World War and immerse yourself in the life of the soldiers within the forts. Discover the rooms, the kitchens and a large bread oven.
