Located at the intersection of Rue du Four-du-Chapitre and Place de l'Abbé Cordier, this oven was given to the chapter in 1252 by Bishop Gui de Rochefort. The canons rebuilt it in 1263 to leave the management to a baker detached from the episcopal jurisdiction. This 13-metre square building, vaulted with nine ogival crosses, has capitals decorated with geometric motifs or stylised plants. A large fireplace leans against the facade wall.
