Das Gebäude wurde im 20. Jahrhundert in mehrere Wohnungen umgewandelt und gehört zu einer der bedeutendsten Familien von Marseille. Das Bahá'i-Zentrum zeigt den Prunk der Empfangs- und Prunkstücke der damaligen Herrenhäuser. Führung mit Animation für Kinder geplant.
