Die Jas, Gebäude aus Trockenstein, beherbergten Tiere und Hirten. Im Departement Ventoux gibt es etwa sechzig, die von der intensiven pastoralen Tätigkeit in der Vergangenheit zeugen. Der Jas du Riche befindet sich in der Nähe der Straße zum Mont Ventoux oberhalb des Pavillons von Rolland (10 Minuten zu Fuß)

I Jas, costruzioni a secco, ospitavano animali e pastori. Se ne contano una sessantina nel Ventoux, testimoniano l'intensa attività pastorale un tempo. Il Jas del ricco si trova vicino alla strada del Mont Ventoux a monte del Pavillon de Rolland (10 minuti a piedi)
