Le Printemps Les Terrasses du Port is the first store to settle in a shopping center with a breathtaking view of the bay of Marseille. Inaugurated in 2014, this real estate complex fits perfectly into its natural environment, in a part of the port originally inaccessible to the public. Its strength: an ecological architectural approach, both in terms of materials used and lighting, focused on natural light. The Printemps building fits perfectly into this line, through a challenge that envisages ecologically sustainable forms and structures. For the first time, the public will be able to visit its backstage, and discover a unique example of commercial heritage.
