In the area, the vineyard was extended before the arrival of phyloxera in the 1880s. Here and there are planted and maintained plots, established on terraces, allowing to imagine the old scale. Today, new winemakers are settling, it is the rebirth, helped from the 1990s by an experimental vine planted under the aegis of the Ecrins National Park in Chateauroux-les-Alpes (photo). A guard of the Park will help to understand the ecosystem developed around the vineyards, in altitude. Between cultural heritage and natural heritage.
