Lecture on sacred art followed by a concert of organs
Lecture on sacred art followed by an organ concert at the church of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer A Holy Conversation, which had been discreetly nestled in a dark corner of the church for many years, has recently regained its full splendor thanks to a remarkable restoration operation. During this conference, we will explore the history of this exceptional painting, from its creation by an anonymous master of the eighteenth century to its restoration and also, the broader, sacred art during the eighteenth. This conference will be followed by a concert of organs. Speakers: Raymond Lecina, associate of letters and specialist in comparative literature, responsible for training guides for the association Cathédrale Vivante in Aix en Provence Aline Raynaud, restorer of works of art
