The church of the XVIII was destroyed at the end of the Second World War, during bombardments targeting the bridge. The new church was rebuilt between 1954 and 1956 by the architect Le Sénéchal. The remarkable stained glass windows are from the Gabriel Loire workshop in Chartres. It has been labeled "Heritage of the 20th century".
