Built in 1741 for Maximilien Boutou, seigneur de la Baugisière, on the bases of a previous manor. Composed of a rectangular main house framed by two pavilions, on a level of bedrock taluted; courtyard of arivée at the end of a long seigneurial avenue, chapel, park with parterre and hunting wood.
