The 40th edition of the European Heritage Days will take place on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September 2023 on the themes «Living Heritage» and «Sports Heritage».
“Living Heritage” refers to the practices, expressions, knowledge and skills transmitted from one generation to the next that are constantly recreated such as songs, dances, rituals, festivals or knowledge related to nature and the universe.
Each of us brings to life a number of these living heritages that have been transmitted to him by his family or through his social and cultural interactions. These practices are sometimes associated with objects, landscapes or monuments. Living heritage gives them meaning.
For the occasion, we open the hangar and we want to share our passion and make you discover the world of aeronautics.
We are interested and passionate about the preservation of all types of equipment and/or documentation that directly or indirectly affect the aviation industry, as well as the restoration of flying machines, and, where appropriate, the restoration of flight conditions.
