Beneath the feet of the inhabitants of Anjou blue, slate and iron mines have shaped lives like landscapes.
With the aim of raising awareness, safeguarding and transmitting the mining history of the Segréen, the photographic perspectives of Christophe Meloy, Armelle Maugin and Sylvain Duffard intersect.
Between documentary photographs, portraits of inhabitants of ancient mining cities and industrial landscapes, they reveal to the three of them the remains and the collective story of a territory bearing history.
