Young and old, discover the collections of the Tissé Métisse Documentary Fund!
On the occasion of the Journées du Patrimoine et du Matrimoine, the documentary collection offers a selection of recent works. A wide range of comics, fictions, historical and social science essays, educational documentary books as well as fictions and stories for young people will be featured.

This fund was established from 1984 to 2017 by the Centre Interculturel de Documentation (CID). In July 2018, the association Tissé Métisse received the management and promotion from the City of Nantes. It opened to the public in March 2019.
Specialized in issues related to immigration and contemporary migration in France, it is OPEN TO ALL, individuals or groups, individually or professionally.
You will find books specialized in the intercultural approach and the concepts associated with it (otherness, diversity, miscegenation, identity, secularity, non-discrimination) as well as references on law, economics, linguistics and education.
Novels, albums, multilingual tales and comics are also available for the delight of small and large es!
