Visual artist Emilie Bransac immerses herself in the heart of Grand Lieu Lake, alongside these men of the field perpetuating the tradition of professional fishing. Defining herself as a visual artist, she multiplies techniques to work her favorite tool, textile: embroidery, weaving, knitting… In his hands, the thread comes to life and takes possession of the exhibition space. Come and discover this site-specific work that honours the fishermen of Grand Lieu Lake.
