Robert Thébaut Robert Thébaut is an "ear" musician. He touched on all the musical styles that were offered to him. From contemporary dance to children’s shows, jazz and gypsy music, he naturally finds himself in traditional music and particularly in the Poitevin repertoire with the duo Thébaut and Carbone 14 (as well as with Ciac Boum until 2020).
François Robin and Michaël Auger Player of «Veuze» (Nantes bagpipes), doudouk and violin, passionate and inventive, explorer of sounds, François Robin has forged a special place on the scene of traditional music today. Michaël is one of the leaders of the young generation of Vendéens accordionists. Possessing a great melodic finesse combined with a remarkable dexterity, he builds, in Arbadétorne, an intelligent playing inspired, all at the same time, of the atmospheres created by the guitar and the style of the violins of the high bocage. These two musicians, invited several times to the Daviaud during these last 40 years, exceptionally reform their duo of ball of the years 2000.
Aloubi In concert, fest-noz or traditional ball, Aloubi offers festive songs with musical resonances from here and elsewhere. Always in search of originality, the group develops an energizing cocktail combining both traditional Vendée tunes, Breton and musical sounds from other countries. The repertoire, as on the albums "Premiers Pas" and especially "Impressions", is made up mostly of their own compositions. Conviviality, dynamism and good humor are the key words of the 5 musicians!
