An 18th-century bourgeois house which saw the birth of the mathematician Emile Borel in 1871\. It was the sub-prefecture’s hotel from 1882 to 1926\. It was bought by the city in 1989 and now houses a museum of society, a temporary exhibition space, and the municipal archives with a regional library.
