The Saint-Louis Beaulieu house is a witness to the Art Deco movement in its sacred vocabulary. Former Carmel and major seminary of Bordeaux, the Garros brothers, architects, bring this building into modernity by remodeling it (1937-1946) and entrust the decoration of the chapel to master-glassmakers and mosaicists.
A photo exhibition on the churches of Gironde will allow you to discover the diocesan heritage and in particular the baroque era.
The diocesan library will present an exhibition on the theme of living heritage in partnership with the Service de la Mer of the diocese.
The park, away from the urban bustle, is a place promoting biodiversity

The Maison Saint-Louis Beaulieu, open to all, located at 145 rue de saint Genès, is the diocesan house of the Catholic Church in Gironde. In the heart of Bordeaux, in a park of one hectare, it hosts on 5500m2 the seminary Saint-Joseph, the year of Saint-André Propedeutics, a university home, diocesan services and apostolic movements, the diocesan library, the Institute of Formation Pey Berland, La Procure Beaulieu bookstore, radio RCF Bordeaux. It also offers meeting rooms, a restaurant, "Le Beau Lieu", accommodation rooms. The Maison saint Louis Beaulieu is open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm and Saturday morning, from 8:30am to 1:30pm. A Mass is celebrated in the chapel every Thursday at 12h.
