On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the Castle of Born opens its doors for a free visit with audio guide on the theme «History spells and secrets of the castle of Born - 750 years of history of France and Périgord».
The audio guide is available in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese.

Proudly overlooking its lands, lakes and plum orchards, the Born Castle and its hanging gardens have an imposing Guard Room that can accommodate up to 300 guests. The castle has two courtyards: the courtyard of honour with its gazebo and its courtyard of guards.
Born Castle, a 12th century royal plum estate located near Villeréal, produces and transforms prunes from Agen. All processed products are made from the pulp of semi-cooked prunes.
