The parachutists memorial museum offers a rich entertainment program: free visit of its collections, simulation of a parachute jump from an aircraft and a game course for families: equipped with a «jump notebook» Children browse the collections in search of Pépin who guides them in their adventure. At the end, they are awarded a diploma.

The museum traces the history of French paratroopers from their creation to the present day, as paratroopers have been involved in all conflicts since the Second World War.
The Paratroopers Museum is both a museum of Army tradition and a national ensemble representative of the past and present of the French airborne troops. As the custodian of the identity of these troops, its mission is to make known their history, traditions, spirit and topicality.

The Paratrooper Memorial Museum is located at the entrance of the Airborne Troops School (ETAP), north of the city of Pau. Warning! Between the bus stops and the museum, some spaces do not have a sidewalk.
