The Basque Coast Hospital is the main public health facility in the Basque Country. Spread over three main sites in Bayonne and Saint-Jean-de-Luz and 19 ancillary sites throughout the Basque country, it serves the population with more than 400 doctors and 3,500 other professionals in more than 60 departments representing 40 specialties. Support institution of the Territorial Hospital Group (GHT) Navarre-Basque Coast, it also provides the management of the hospital center of Saint-Palais, the public health establishment of Garazi (3 sites in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and Ispoure) and EHPAD Larrazkena in Hasparren and Jean Dithurbide in Sare.
