The itinerant and companions of the Tour de France offer live workshops, an exhibition of models and masterpieces. Companionship, which represents a «network for the transmission of knowledge and identities through the profession», is listed by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity. This proposal is presented by the Federation Compagnonnique in partnership with the City of Bayonne.
