During the developments that saw the Lacassagne tower of Boé (fortified house of the end of the fourteenth century) become house of Garonne (interpretation center on the Garonne opened in 2023) over the last 3 years, photographers Annick Cabon and Louis-Michel Grevent immortalized the developments and the evolution of the building. This exhibition invites you to discover these works through the eyes of these photographers.
Take part in an exhibition opening on Friday 15 September at 6pm.

About the location

Maison de Garonne
11 rue Lacassagne, 47550 Boé
  • Lot-et-Garonne
  • Nouvelle-Aquitaine
The house of Garonne welcomes you to discover the cultural and natural heritage of the Garonne. Housed in an old watchtower from the 14th century, the Maison de Garonne hosts a scenography recalling the link between the river and men, the history of Boé and the Agen Garonne, and the biodiversity that the Garonne shelters. From its top floor, the site also offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscapes. The visit can be completed with the educational trail near the site and partly along the Garonne.
