Dare you dive into the wastewater system?

From the tap you open at home, from the water flowing down our gutters, to the river that flows through our cities, the water path is long and dangerous.
In this show where dance and poetry mingle with theatre, come and discover the mysterious link that unites the Spirit of Water, the Avaloir and Lola.
This show is proposed by the theatre team «Le soleil dans la nuit» with the support of L'Eau Bordeaux Métropole.

About the location

Théâtre du Fleuve
23 rue du fleuve, 33310 Lormont
  • Gironde
  • Nouvelle-Aquitaine
Our story begins with an idea: dedicate a theatre space to youth. After twenty years of touring to meet the adults of tomorrow, after twenty years of exchanges, smiles, joys and fears, the idea of offering them a tailor-made place was born. Beyond play and its pedagogical virtues, theatre is above all a vector of social bond, a means of building bridges between people.
The theatre of the river was born with the desire to establish itself in a territory, with the ambition to become a place of life, a social actor in order to participate in the renovation of the neighborhood.
This is how we put our suitcases in the heart of Bas Carriet in Lormont, a district in full transformation, where we are lucky to be supported and accompanied by the town hall.
