The church of Saint-Vivien de Médoc was built in the 12th century. The capitals the triumphal arch and the apse date from this period. The nave and side aisles date from the 19th century and the bell tower, destroyed during the last war, was built in 1956\. The apse is classified as a Historic Monument since 1862; the whole was inscribed in 2008.
