Workshop: "Who went through it? To discover traces and clues!"
It is often difficult to observe animals in nature! You have to be very patient because most of them are discreet, run away when we get close, crawl in the bushes, or don’t come out until night… But for those who pay attention, it is possible to discover many clues that an animal has been there. We bet that this animation will arouse the curiosity of the participants, and will encourage them to take the time to observe the nearby environment, to discover its mysteries!
On the occasion of the European Heritage and Matrimoine Days, come and discover or rediscover the permanent itinerary of the Bordeaux Museum - science and nature, as well as its temporary exhibitions, such as «Jangala, in the heart of the Indian jungle» and «Tous à plumes».

Founded in 1791, the Bordeaux Natural History Office is one of the oldest public collections in France. It first takes place on the aisles of Tourny in the former hotel of the Academy which it shares with the gallery of paintings, the lapidary museum, the library, the school of fine arts and an observatory. It was opened to the public in 1811.
In 1857, the Hotel de Lisleferme, built in 1780 on the edge of the Public Garden, was acquired by the municipality. The building has been extensively transformed and refurbished. At the end of 1862, the collections were transferred and the new establishment was renamed the Natural History Museum. The collections are presented according to the objective set by the scientists: to describe, name and classify nature, the living as the mineral world.
The expanded and renovated museum of the 21st century aims to show how our gaze on nature has evolved, from yesterday to today, how the acquisition of new knowledge can challenge our representations. To d
