They illustrate ancient trades (blacksmith, cabinetmaker, sabotier, cooper, gamekeeper, miller, lavender, ladder or rake manufacturer, potter, firemen, boilermaker of vintage, sumptuous, charron, broom manufacturer, sawers of long...), village life (coffee, war memorial, fairground, school, grocery store, bakery, poacher, ...) and field work (ploughing, apple picking, hay, harvesting, milking cows, etc.). Made in the 1980s, with a realistic attention to detail, the models are restored and enhanced by the volunteers of the Association des amis du château de Montfort.
