Inside this magnificent Italian-style theatre, the theatre offers a sumptuous setting in the red and gold tones in force at that time. An imposing crystal chandelier illuminates the dome decorated with paintings by Georges Clairin, one of the decorators of the Opéra Garnier. Its architect, Charles de Lalande, had previously designed the Renaissance theatre in Paris.
