The Grand Centre is the first district of the new city. Designed at the end of the 1960s, it reflects a desire for new forms of social life. The planners did not hesitate to put into practice very innovative concepts of space organization and gave great importance to the communal spaces and facilities, ferments of neighborhood life.
Through this guided tour, (re)discover the emblematic buildings of the neighborhood, including the places recently labeled Remarkable contemporary architecture: the agglomeration hotel, the school of Plants, the current chamber of crafts and crafts.
