Ville de Cergy
Designed in 1975 by architects Georges Pencréac'h and Michel Gaillard, this housing complex has a remarkable architecture. It consists of 7 grouped houses that overlook the village of Cergy towards the Oise. Following the slope of the land, the houses develop according to a principle of half-levels which, combined with the roofs terraces, allows each room of the dwelling to open on the side of sunshine and the garden.
Mr. Pencreac'h offers a guided architectural tour of his house, then you cross the common garden to access the house of Mireille Guérin, a craftsman, who shows you around his workshop.
- free visit between 14.30 and 18.00
- guided tour of the house by Georges Pencréac'h: at 3pm and 4.30pm
