Collegiate church of the twelfth century, continued in the thirteenth century but never completed, endowed in the seventeenth century with a dome, it housed a numerous and influential chapter; Joan of Arc passed there on the return of the coronation of Charles VII. This collegiate church received the chief of Saint-Quiriace, brought back by the Crusaders around 1209\. It housed a large chapter founded as early as the 11th century by the Counts of Champagne with the support of the Archbishop of Sens. A moment shared between two communities, it remained the domain of secular canons until the Revolution. The 13th century saw its gradual transformation into a Gothic building, but the works did not go beyond the transept and the first bays of the nave. Financial problems coupled with the misfortunes of the end of the Middle Ages did not allow its completion. It was hastily enclosed by a simple facade and consecrated in the early sixteenth century.
