This square is located at the former entrance to the estate of Queen Henriette, Queen of England and sister of Louis XIII, who took refuge in our village from 1657 to 1669\. Bordered by the MJC (built in 1965 by the architect Prix de Rome Henri Pottier) and the Avant Seine (built in 1988 by the agency Fabre-Perrottet), it constitutes the nerve point of the cultural life of Colombes, the Museum of Art and History and the Conservatory nearby.
