The Houdart Binding workshop, founded in 1948, brings together a dozen bookbinders who work on repair and manufacturing around the book. Bibliophiles, professionals (publishers, gallery owners, artists, photographers, luxury houses, companies) and institutions call on us to preserve and beautify their graphic documents. The bookbinders and bookbinders will make you discover the different steps and techniques applied for the repair and manufacture of old and new works. Come and discover an ancestral craft, which perpetuates a demanding know-how, through the different stages and techniques of binding and gilding.
