For centuries, many artists have come to Saint-Maur to enjoy its green and quiet. In the second half of the 20th century, under the impetus of internationally renowned artists such as Louis Vuillermoz or Paul Girol, the city of Saint-Maur radiated throughout the world. In the 1970s, Louis Vuillermoz created the Lithography Workshop at the Musée de Saint-Maur. The latter’s move to the Villa Medici in 1983 brought about changes. The Atelier de lithographie then serves as the basis for a new association, the Ateliers d'Arts, which continue to accompany artists today. This exhibition pays tribute to all the artists who participated in the golden age of the Atelier de lithographie still alive!
Come and enjoy the guided tour with Aurélien Prévot, curator of the exhibition.
