Through eight panels scattered on the downstream part of the island Saint-Germain discover the history of this island known since the sixth century. It brings together several ancient islets with strange names: Chabanne Island, Grand Dauphin Island. Agricultural area until the early nineteenth century, it is then divided into two: the western part hosts guinguettes and immigrant populations, while the eastern part is industrialized before becoming the departmental park that we know.
