Als Hommage an den Architekten, der Anfang 2023 verstorben ist, schlagen wir Ihnen einen Weg vor, um sein reiches und vielfältiges Werk in der Abteilung besser kennenzulernen.
Das Werk von Renée Gailhoustet, das erst spät anerkannt wurde, ist nicht nur auf seine Leistungen an der Seite von Jean Renaudie beschränkt. Sie hat auch in Romainville ein Stadthaus gebaut, das zum sozialen Zentrum geworden ist, Sozialwohnungen in Villetaneuse, andere Sozialwohnungen mit Einrichtungen in Saint-Denis und Aubervilliers in verschiedenen Formen aus Beton und Ziegeln gebaut hat, wie wir erklären werden, zwei Architekten vor Ort: Aurore Reynaud, die mit der Sanierung beauftragt wurde, und Katherine Fiumani, die ihre Mitarbeiterin für das Viertel Maladrerie war.

To pay tribute to the architect who passed away at the beginning of 2023, we propose a route to better know his work, rich and diverse, in the department.
Recognized late, the work of Renée Gailhoustet is not limited to his Ivryian achievements alongside Jean Renaudie. She also built in Romainville a neighborhood house turned social center, built social housing in Villetaneuse, other low-cost housing with equipment in Saint-Denis and Aubervilliers, in various forms, concrete and brick, as we will explain, on site, two architects: Aurore Reynaud, in charge of their rehabilitation, and Katherine Fiumani, who was his collaborator for the Maladrerie district.
Visit led by Benoît Pouvreau, responsible for heritage inventory in the Seine-Saint-Denis Department.

Per rendere omaggio all'architetto deceduto all'inizio del 2023, vi proponiamo un percorso per conoscere meglio la sua opera, ricca e variegata, nel dipartimento.
Riconosciuta tardivamente, l'opera di Renée Gailhoustet non si riassume nelle sue sole realizzazioni ubriache a fianco di Jean Renaudie. Ha anche costruito a Romainville una casa di quartiere diventata centro sociale, costruito alloggi sociali a Villetaneuse, altri HLM con attrezzature a Saint-Denis e Aubervilliers, in varie forme, in cemento e mattoni, come spiegheremo, sul posto, due architetti: Aurore Reynaud, incaricata della loro riabilitazione, e Katherine Fiumani, che fu la sua collaboratrice per il quartiere della Maladrerie.
Visita animata da Benoît Pouvreau, responsabile dell'inventario del patrimonio al Dipartimento della Senna-Saint-Denis.

Reconnue tardivement, l’œuvre de Renée Gailhoustet ne se résume pas à ses seules réalisations ivryiennes aux côtés de Jean Renaudie. Elle a aussi construit à Romainville une maison de quartier devenue centre social, édifié des logements sociaux à Villetaneuse, d'autres HLM avec des équipements à Saint-Denis et à Aubervilliers, sous des formes diverses, en béton et en brique, comme nous l’expliquerons, sur site, deux architectes : Aurore Reynaud, chargée de leur réhabilitation, et Katherine Fiumani, qui fut sa collaboratrice pour le quartier de la Maladrerie.

Reconocida tardíamente, la obra de Renée Gailhoustet no se reduce a sus únicas realizaciones embriagadoras al lado de Jean Renaudie. También ha construido en Romainville una casa de barrio convertida en centro social, edificado viviendas sociales en Villetaneuse, otros HLM con equipamientos en Saint-Denis y Aubervilliers, en formas diversas, de hormigón y de ladrillo, como explicaremos, en el sitio, dos arquitectos: Aurore Reynaud, encargada de su rehabilitación, y Katherine Fiumani, que fue su colaboradora para el barrio de Maladrerie.
