The group of low-rent buildings was built from 1953 by the architect Jacques Delaire. It obeys most of the rules of the concept of «architectural walk» defined by Le Corbusier. After the inauguration of the gardens, a bowling alley had also been set up for the inhabitants. On the occasion of the 70 years of the residence, residents offer a historical exhibition on panels and outdoors as well as recordings in which different memories of the events that have punctuated the history of this set will be evoked.
