Galeries Lafayette Haussmann opened in 1894. The dome, the most spectacular element of the Parisian store, was built in 1912. Decorated with coloured stained glass and ironwork, its realization marks the beginning of the historical relationship between the company and contemporary artists.
Since that time, the thousands of visitors who flock to the Boulevard Haussmann store every day have transformed this place of commerce into an emblematic monument of Art Nouveau Paris.
The visit will reveal as many hidden spaces as artistic spaces. A suspended moment through the history of the Department Store, and its contemporary commitments.

Groups limited to 20 people. Registration required. 1h30 visits.
