Let us discover how the bishops, the canons, the builders and the restorers have given the cathedral of Meaux its present appearance. One can thus recognize the importance of the one that is, with Notre-Dame de Paris, one of the only two Gothic cathedral of Île-de-France. The episcopal city of Meaux, corresponds to the old ecclesiastical district of the city in the Middle Ages and under the old regime.
