Sedna is an ensemble composed of four a capella singers: Hannah Marandin (soprano), Sarah Nardon (soprano), Ophélie Julien-Laferrière (mezzo-soprano), and Maëlle Javelot (mezzo-soprano). Eager to promote and make accessible today’s music, this quartet gives a prominent place to creation by working with contemporary composers. The program “Echo(s)” will take the audience through works of the 20th and 21st centuries (Poulenc, Kodaly, Ticheli, Busto, Lang, etc.) with some detours in traditional popular music, and introduce him to the creations of composers Florestan Labourdette and Arthur Aharonyan.
