The sports park is one of the most emblematic places in Roubaix. Built between 1925 and 1930, it accommodates on 20 hectares many reinforced concrete buildings, to allow the inhabitants to practice sport. It became the finish point of the famous Paris-Roubaix race, created in 1896.
