The building was built after 1930, 1 rue Jules Rousseau, by Jean Brincourt for Jean Lecaillon, a notable of the city. He chose an art deco style. It is noted by the bow windows, the fake concrete wood, perfect geometry, etc. The city bought it to install the tourist office on January 1, 1988, then the Evac, the Espace vie associative et culturelle, in 1995.
