An exhibition of manuscripts from the 16th to 19th centuries from the donations of the Ferry-Humblot, Lemoine and Guillaume Moussy families will be held in the old library of the Town Hall .
Particular attention will be paid to the City’s latest acquisition: a 1768 manuscript on the history of the founding of Joinville.

This old house, built on the remains of the city walls, was sold by Monsieur Leclerc in 1777\. It was then acquired as a communal house. In 1912, the façade was modified: a balustrade was added, as well as a large cartouche bearing the inscription «Hôtel de Ville».
