From June 1 to October 8, 2023, the Renaissance House will host an exhibition on the Renaissance in the Langres region, produced by the Department of National Heritage of Art and History, thanks to the PETR of the Pays de Langres and the City of Langres.
Thirty monuments are presented through 12 panels on the civil, religious and military architecture of the territory. From the Pailly Castle to the old church of Fayl-Billot, from the chapel of Amoncourt in the Langres Cathedral to the «Maillard Castle» of Fresnes-sur-Apance, an invitation to discover the most beautiful testimonies of the 16th century in Langres.
The opening of the Renaissance House allows access, in addition to the exhibition, to the kitchens located in the cellar as well as to the remarkable studiolo.
