About the location

Église Saint-Benoit
27 Rue de Pontgivart, 51100 Reims
  • Marne
  • Grand Est
The church of Saint Benedict was built in 1911 by the architect of the Carnegie library, Max Sainsaulieu, inspired by Roman churches. The architect restored it a few years later, following the bombing of the First World War.
You can discover magnificent stained glass windows made by the Simon and De Troeyer workshops, an Art Deco-inspired interior, as well as a coffered ceiling, which gives the church exceptional acoustics.
