Im Rahmen seiner Beratungsaufgaben begleitete CAUE 37 das Rathaus von Ile Bouchard (Bauherr) bei der Restaurierung der Kirche Saint-Gilles. Denn der kritische Zustand der Dächer erfordert einen Umbau. Die Abdeckung der Unterseite ist ruiniert und ein Bereich ist seit 2016 abgedeckt. Die Tragwerke des Kirchenschiffs und der Unterseite haben unter Infiltrationen gelitten und weisen örtlich Störungen auf, die ihre Stabilität beeinträchtigen.
Martine Ramat, Architektin des Kulturerbes und beauftragte Bauherrin, verfolgt die Arbeiten, die im Mai 2023 begonnen haben und etwa ein Jahr dauern werden. Sie betreffen das Kirchenschiff, den nördlichen Seitengang und die nördliche Kapelle und bestehen aus:
- die vollständige Instandsetzung der Schieferdecken
- Wiederherstellung der Tragwerke und Festigung des Tragwerks des Kirchenschiffes
- Restaurierung von Natursteinen in hohen Teilen in Verbindung mit Dächern
- die Sanierung der Putze der Tropfwand nördlich des Kirchenschiffes und der Westrückkehr des Nordquerschiffes
- Restaurierung der Buntglasfenster des Nordschiffs

As part of its consulting missions, CAUE 37 accompanied the Ile Bouchard Town Hall (project owner) in the restoration project of the Saint-Gilles church. Indeed, the critical condition of the roofs requires a work operation. The coverage of the lower side is ruined and an area is covered since 2016. The structures of the nave and the lower side suffered infiltrations and locally present disorders affecting their stability.
Martine Ramat, heritage architect, project manager for this operation, follows the work that began in May 2023 and will last about a year. They concern the nave, the north aisle and the north chapel and consist of:
- the total rehabilitation of slate roofs
- the restoration of the structures and consolidation of the nave structure
- the restoration of stone structures in high sections in connection with roofs
- repair of the plasters of the gutter wall to the north of the nave and the west return of the north transept
- the restoration of the stained glass windows of the north-facing nave

Nell'ambito delle sue missioni di consulenza, il CAUE 37 ha accompagnato il comune dell'Ile Bouchard (committente) nel progetto di restauro della chiesa di Saint-Gilles. Infatti, lo stato critico dei tetti richiede un'operazione di lavoro. La copertura sul lato inferiore è rovinata e una zona è coperta dal 2016. Le carpenterie della navata e della navata laterale hanno invece subito infiltrazioni e presentano localmente disordini che ne pregiudicano la stabilità.
Martine Ramat, architetto del patrimonio e capomastro incaricato di questa operazione, segue i lavori iniziati nel maggio 2023 e che dureranno circa un anno. Essi riguardano la navata, la navata nord e la cappella nord e consistono in:
- il rifacimento totale delle coperture in ardesia
- il restauro delle strutture e il consolidamento della struttura della navata
- il restauro dei lavori di pietra da taglio in parti alte in connessione con i tetti
- il rifacimento degli intonaci della parete gocciolante nord della navata e del ritorno ovest del transetto nord
- il restauro delle vetrate della navata nord
Grazie ai nostri 3 relatori, questa visita commentata vi permetterà di scoprire la storia di questa chiesa la cui prima pietra è stata posata nel 1067 (M de Laforcade), di comprendere le sfide del dispositivo di salvaguardia dei Monumenti Storici (M Darras) e di penetrare in questo sito patrimoniale in corso di restauro (signora Ramat).

Dans le cadre de ses missions de conseil, le CAUE 37 a accompagné la mairie de l’Ile Bouchard (maître d'ouvrage) dans le projet de restauration de l’église Saint-Gilles. En effet, l’état critique des toitures nécessite une opération de travaux. La couverture du bas‐côté est ruinée et une zone est bâchée depuis 2016. Les charpentes de la nef et du bas‐côté ont, quant à elles, souffert des infiltrations et présentent localement des désordres affectant leur stabilité.
Martine Ramat, architecte du patrimoine, maître d'œuvre mandatée pour cette opération, suit les travaux qui ont débuté en mai 2023 et qui dureront un an environ. Ils concernent la nef, le bas-côté nord et la chapelle nord et consistent en :
- la réfection totale des couvertures ardoises
- la restauration des charpentes et consolidation de la charpente de la nef
- la restauration des ouvrages en pierre de taille en parties hautes en lien avec les toitures
- la réfection des enduits du mur gouttereau nord de la nef et du retour ouest du transept nord
- la restauration des vitraux de la nef côté nord
Grâce à nos 3 intervenants, cette visite commentée vous permettra de découvrir l'histoire de cette église dont la première pierre a été posée en 1067 (M de Laforcade), d'appréhender les enjeux du dispositif de sauvegarde des Monuments Historiques (M Darras) et de pénétrer ce site patrimonial en cours de restauration (Mme Ramat).

En el marco de sus misiones de asesoramiento, el CAUE 37 acompañó al ayuntamiento de la Isla Bouchard (propietario) en el proyecto de restauración de la iglesia de Saint-Gilles. En efecto, el estado crítico de los tejados requiere una operación de obras. La cubierta de la parte inferior está arruinada y una zona está cubierta desde 2016. Las estructuras de la nave y del lado inferior sufrieron infiltraciones y presentan localmente desórdenes que afectan su estabilidad.
Martine Ramat, arquitecta del patrimonio, directora de obra encargada de esta operación, sigue los trabajos que comenzaron en mayo de 2023 y que durarán aproximadamente un año. Se refieren a la nave, la nave lateral norte y la capilla norte y consisten en:
- la reparación total de las cubiertas pizarras
- la restauración de las estructuras y consolidación de la estructura de la nave
- la restauración de las obras de piedra tallada en partes altas en relación con los tejados
- la reparación de los revestimientos del muro de goteo norte de la nave y del retorno oeste del crucero norte
- la restauración de las vidrieras de la nave del lado norte
Gracias a nuestros 3 oradores, esta visita comentada le permitirá descubrir la historia de esta iglesia cuya primera piedra fue colocada en 1067 (M de Laforcade), para aprehender los desafíos del dispositivo de salvaguardia de los Monumentos Históricos (M Darras) y penetrar en este sitio patrimonial en proceso de restauración (Sra Ramat).
