The Palais des Congrès, located opposite the station of Tours, is a building signed Jean Nouvel, internationally recognized architect. Since 2018, it is labeled «Remarkable building of the 20th Century». The building is remarkable for its architecture, taking the form of a glass vessel of more than 20,000 m². The Palais des Congrès has many interconnected rooms (auditoriums, commission rooms, exhibition and catering spaces) facilitating the organization of congresses, conventions, salons, seminars and meetings.
