The present church was built between 1888 and 1891 on the foundations of a medieval building. There is therefore a typical 19th-century church (nave with aisles – transepts – choir) and the bell tower-porch of the old church, flanked by the presbytery, which gives access to the courtyard, in the place of the nave; In the background the old choir serves as a parish hall and is flanked by the old sacristy. In the current bell tower-porch, there are three bells all broken during a bombing on August 17, 1944, and rebuilt in 1945\. Destroyed by a military explosion, the original organ of the late nineteenth century was replaced by a Merklin organ financed with compensation for war damage. The current organ was built in 2001 by Bernard Aubertin.
