Église Saint-Barthélémy

Until 1800, the church bears first the name of Saint-Aignan, then this one is replaced with that of saints Barthélemy. There are besides certain papers mentioning both names. The nave is Romance. It is the only building(ship) in the region that is built in rude liking. There is not transept. Nevertheless it stays the track of a bow(arc) planned(provided for) for its opening. It is especially necessary to hold(retain) its famous of this church caquetoire, pronounce with the local accent: "caquetoué". This external gallery dates the XVIth century, further to the postage of inhabitants of the village. At that time she(it) served as shelter in parish meetings which took place in the outing(exit) of mass under the presidency of the bailiff it is at that time that the gallery likes to be called "Caquetoire". This caquetoire is an unique(only) specimen in all department of the Dear.
